The Main Kings Point Clubhouse is a central hub for our community that brings residents together for many activities. It is the largest of our three clubhouses, encompassing 90,000 square feet, and our resort-style amenities include an indoor pool and spa, an outdoor pool with a large deck area for poolside gathering, socializing, and entertaining, card room, billiards room, Internet café, art room, dance studio, plus multiple hobby and game rooms.
Casual dining is offered at Café Le Perk, where you can enjoy a delicious continental breakfast each morning. At lunch, this restaurant serves variety of deli-style menus that include tasty soups and hearty sandwiches.
The Veterans Theater inside this main community clubhouse is a multi-purpose venue. Love big screen movies? You’ll enjoy the real movie theater experience at a matinee or evening show on the large, cinema-sized screen. Or attend our frequent “Dinner and a Movie” events, where you can enjoy a full evening of fun right in your own neighborhood!
Enjoy live shows? We also host live performances by local theatre groups and musical performances by bands and individual performers in a variety of genres. For these special events, the theater is converted to an 850 seat venue and tickets are sold in the lobby box office. This theater also showcases many of our talented residents at special events, where you can enjoy the singing, dancing, and entertainment of your friends and neighbors, or take to the stage for your own time to shine!
The many Kings Point Suncoast clubs and organizations gather in the meeting rooms at the Main Clubhouse. Our resident club instructors offer a variety of art and craft classes, including painting, lapidary, bunka, ceramics, fabric arts, and woodworking for various skill levels—from beginner to intermediate.
Every day, this clubhouse hosts engaging discussion groups on a variety of subjects such as creative arts, music appreciation, and book clubs—plus card games, bingo, and many more resident-led groups. Both formal and informal social gatherings take place throughout the day and evening in the Main Kings Point luxury clubhouse.
At the clubhouse dance studio, you can learn to dance or take your skills to the next level! Our classes are led by experienced teachers who bring their passion and joy to every session. Dance classes range from Country Western to tap to Hawaiian, so get ready for some active fun!
The outdoor amenities of the Main Clubhouse at the North Court Complex include lawn bowling, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and eight pickleball courts.
