Le Perk

For breakfast and lunch, Le Perk is the place to be! In the am, we serve piping hot coffee, bagels, muffins, pastries and a variety of breakfast sandwiches. At lunchtime, you’ll find a selection of soups, crisp salads, and hand-crafted deli sandwiches, plus many residents’ favorites, Philly cheesesteak and Cubans. Le Perk is the hub to catch up on neighborhood news in our Kings Point newspaper, “The Pointer” and to visit with friends and neighbors.

Our wide variety of menu items includes pizza with cheese and pepperoni by the slice and hearty homemade chili. Stop at Le Perk for snacks before movie night at Veteran’s Theater, an ice cream cone on a hot afternoon, or to-go lunch for a Kings Point field trip adventure by bus!

Palm Court Restaurant and Bar

If you’re looking for the most enjoyable dining experience in an adult retirement community, we’d like to say your search is over. At the Palm Court Restaurant and Bar, your most difficult choices will be which delicious entree to select and whether to enjoy it from the air-conditioned restaurant or the open air patio. The broad choice of menu items includes seafood, burgers, flat bread pizzas, wings, plus many sandwiches and wraps.

You can enjoy your favorite cocktail, wine or beer selection at the bar or at your table with dinner. Our talented bartenders offer a changing palette of specialty beverages with seasonal fruits for your enjoyment. Watching the sunset from the Palm Court Patio with a fresh cocktail in hand is a perfect way to end the day in your Kings Point Suncoast community.

Select Dinners

Specialty dinners for club-sponsored events, Kings Point Suncoast Dinners and monthly dinners in Jubilee Hall at the South Club offer our residents a wealth of dining experiences at our adult community. Dinners are prepared by our own chefs or arranged through local caterers, depending on the event.

At Jubilee Hall in the South Club, we schedule a selection of monthly dinners that include Interactive Pasta Night and Interactive Stir Fry Night, where you select your ingredients and our chefs cook it while you watch. The 2 for $24 Night serves two meals plus 2 glasses of house wine or beer for a great price. And the monthly Prime Rib Dinner is a “must enjoy” evening for residents and their guests!

The Loft Lounge

By day, The Loft is a popular venue to enjoy an adult beverage while viewing the green vistas of the Sceptre golf course. In the evenings, it is home to special events, banquets, and private parties.

On select evenings each month, The Loft is transformed into an intimate dining room where residents can partake of an exquisite 3 course dinner with specially paired wine selection. These dinners give residents the unparalleled opportunity to enjoy gourmet dining right in our active retirement community of Kings Point Suncoast. Our culinary team creates the finest cuisine without the fancy restaurant price, for a gourmet dining experience you will long remember.
